    退换货政策


    取消

    我们接受在产品发货或生产之前取消订单。如果订单被取消,您将获得全额退款。如果产品已经发货,我们无法取消订单。


    退货

    我们接受产品退货。客户有权在产品交付后14天内申请退货。

    要获得退货资格,您的商品必须未使用且与您收到时的状态相同,且必须在原包装中。为了完成您的退货,我们需要收据或购买证明。请通过电子邮件(info@ao-yes.com)或客服询问我们,以确保您将包裹发送到正确的地址。
     
    请注意,预售、定制或个性化商品无权 14 天退款。

    如果退货是由消费者引起的,则由消费者承担运费。具体费用应根据您选择的快递公司而定。

    如果由于我们的原因,收到的货物不正确,消费者无需为此承担运费。但是,对于运输过程中可能造成的任何损坏,我们概不负责。在正常情况下,我们无法退款或更换因运输而损坏的商品。


    退款

    收到并检查您的退货后,我们将通过电子邮件向您发送收据通知。我们还将通知您批准或拒绝您的退款。如果您获得批准,您的退款将得到处理,并在一定天数内自动向您的信用卡或原始付款方式应用信用额度。

    - 延迟或丢失退款

    如果您尚未收到退款,请先再次检查您的银行帐户。
    然后联系您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些时间才能正式发布。接下来联系您的银行。在发布退款之前通常需要一些处理时间。如果您已完成所有操作,但仍未收到退款,请通过info@ao-yes.com或联系我们的客服获取退货地址。

    Exchange & Return Policy

    Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

     

    Returns

    We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service via email: info@ao-yes.com to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

    Please kindly note that Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may be caused during transportation. Under normal circumstances, we cannot refund or replace goods that have been damaged due to shipping.

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    -Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ao-yes.com
