SECTION 4 - TERMS OF SALE & CONTRACT
4.1 Our Contract When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card or payment account.
4.2 Pricing and Availability Prices displayed on the site are calculated in USD (or your local currency as displayed). While we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in the currency of the purchase, the final price charged will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
4.3 Payment We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the Credit/Debit card(s) or account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
4.4 Customs and Import Charges Taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the shipping country of your order. Unless otherwise stated (e.g., tax-inclusive prices), import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to purchase completion.
SECTION 5 - ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and AO YES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Hong Kong SAR, and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This site consists of software and “material” (including images, video, text formats, designs) which are the intellectual property of AO YES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The relevant courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service.
